Some good stuff is going to be revealed at X10 in San Francisco next week, according to Major Nelson. Wii sales jump by 60% for Q4

Nintendo has confirmed that sales for the Wii has jumped by 60% for Q4, also stating that it was the best-selling home console of last week.
